The Estate of the Late Fred Wolffing

Fred Wolffing was a refugee whose family came to live in England to escape Nazi persecution. He lived towards the end of his life in the Barnet area. He died in 2006. Unfortunately he had no family and when he died he left his estate to be distributed to charity.

Applications to the fund can be between £1,000-10,000 and will be ‘one-off’ grants. Any registered charity may apply that works with the disadvantaged including those working with older people, children, young people, those suffering from a long term disability or illness, carers, low income families, minority groups, people with mental health needs, those suffering isolation, people with substance misuse problems and homeless people.
